The Valpolicella Wine is a fantastic red wine from the "Veneto". It's produced in the Valpolicella zone. The grapes used to produce this incredible wine are: Corvina veronese (Cruina o Corvina) 40-70%, Rondinella 20-40% and Molinara 5-25%. It can also be used: Rossignola, Negrara, Trentina, Barbera and Sangiovese but only in a small percent.
