Chardonnay - White wine

The Chardonnay is a white wine that is produced with grapes called with the same name o the wine, Chardonnay.  It's vinified only with a maximum of 15% of other grapes, non chardonnay.

This wine is produced in the "Veneto" in the zones of Padova, Treviso, Venice, Vicenza and Verona.
 

The colour of the Chardonnay is yellow straw. The perfume is fruity and distinctive.
The taste is dry, crisp, fruity and pleasant.

Chardonnay should be served at a temperature of 8-10°.

It's a wine that is perfect with: lean meat, soups, dishes with eggs and fish.
It's also wonderful used with aperitif.
